Midsteeple Quarter General Meeting

Please join us at a General Meeting on Tuesday 10th March, to be held at The Oven, 135-139 High Street, Dumfries, starting at 6.30pm.
We need to hold a General Meeting to consider two important resolutions: the appointment of Auditors for 2019-2020 and the collection of members’ share capital. Your attendance would be appreciated.
We have reached an exciting stage in our plans and the meeting will give you the chance to talk to the team about our progress, and meet other members. You’ll hear our update on plans for development of The Oven and the Midsteeple Quarter project.
General Meetings are a key part of the way Dumfries High Street Ltd (trading as “Midsteeple Quarter”) works – it is how we make certain decisions, guided by our constitution, for which we need a certain number of members to be present and vote. Please do come along if you can.
Membership & Voting: Everyone is welcome on the evening, but please note that only Type A and Type B Members of Dumfries High Street Ltd (those living or having a place of business in postcodes DG1 and DG2) are eligible to vote.
