You can register an interest to live in a new Midsteeple Quarter home
Phase One of the Midsteeple Quarter masterplan delivery – 135-139 High Street - is scheduled to complete in early 2024. The development will be inclusive of seven energy-efficient apartments for affordable rent.
South of Scotland Community Housing (SOSCH) are working with Midsteeple Quarter to support the development of the community-led homes.
In advance of seeking applications for tenancy later this year, we are currently seeking REGISTRATIONS OF INTEREST from parties who would be interested in letting a ONE or TWO BEDROOM TOWN CENTRE APARTMENT from Midsteeple Quarter from summer 2024 onwards.
Please note that Midsteeple Quarter will be a car-free development and therefore no car parking will be made available. All apartments will be accessible by lift.
Should you wish to register an interest at this stage, we ask that you complete the short questionnaire here before leaving your contact details.
Those who register will receive a full application pack in advance of the apartments becoming ready to let.
Completing this questionnaire will not commit you to any further action. Your information will be held confidentially and in line with current GDPR legislation, and will only be used to contact you in relation to this development.
If you have questions about the Register of Interest in general, please email alison.sosch@outlook.com.
