Born, educated and grassrooted to Dumfries, Mark has had 40 years local experience within the construction industry, initially from being a hands-on tradesman, leading to construction management and company directorship within a long-established local company.

His aim is to continue to support locally sourced labour, products and see the town centre prosper which includes the regeneration of MSQ portfolio of properties for the good of the Dumfries Burgh and surrounding Communities.
